Early Childhood Bond Project Updates

Fall 2026

• Finalized the purchase of a building located on Hines Dr. to serve as the future home of Saline Area Schools' early childhood programs. 
• Presented an overview of phase one renovation plans and renderings to the board of education. Phase one will include the renovation of ight classrooms, a gross motor room, and several spaces for individualized student support. 
• Estimated completion of phase one renovations.

Spring and Summer 2026

• Made an offer on an existing building that could be renovated to serve Saline Area Schools students. 
• Completed the due diligence phase and began planning with construction partners.
