Help Shape the Future of Saline Area Schools

In October, Saline Area Schools embarked on an exciting journey to refresh the SAS Compass as well as district strategic goals for the future. This process began with facilitated focus groups (held October 16th) to conduct a thorough analysis of the district’s existing learner profile and strategic goals by engaging stakeholders to help identify areas of strength, gaps, and opportunities for alignment with the future needs of the district.

We are seeking community members (including students, staff, parents, teachers, administrators, and local business and community partners) to serve on a design team to continue to shape the future of our learner profile and strategic vision. Serving on the design team is a unique opportunity to:

• Share your insights and experiences to guide our educational direction

• Collaborate with others who are passionate about building a supportive learning environment

• Make a lasting impact on how we define success and growth for all students in Saline Area Schools

The Design Team will meet on Wednesday, December 18th and Monday, January 13th from 9:00-3:00 at Liberty School to explore ideas, analyze current frameworks, and co-create a refreshed SAS Compass. Your time and input will be respected, and we’ll work together to ensure that this journey is collaborative, meaningful, and enjoyable.
