Please save the date for our upcoming annual Open enrollment window to elect your Benefits for the 2026 Calendar year. The Open Enrollment will begin on November 1-17, 2025.
*Please note any recently hired ESP (Education Support Personnel; Transportation/ Grounds/ Custodians/ Foodservice/ Tutors/ Paraprofessionals/RBTs/ Office Assistants) who are under a probationary period, will receive a separate communication when you become eligible to make your elections.

During our annual, Open Enrollment window, all eligible employees(Full Time/ Part Time Employees
- need to update/ change & submit their benefit coverage to carryover into the next calendar year
- remove any overaged dependents from coverage for the next calendar year
- discontinue any Voluntary benefits elected that they do not wish to carry over
**All of your elections, enrollment forms, Cash in Lieu of medical form and elections must be completed by midnight on 11/17/2025. All enrollment forms are located on the “Welcome to Enrollment” page of the Benefit guide**
The 2026 benefit guides will be available on and will be accessible on our ForStaff portal on the District Website under the Department of Human Resources/ Benefit Tab & or Whom to Ask Document

2026 Health Saving Account (HSA) contribution limits
Single: $4,400
Single+1/ Family: $8,750
HSA contribution form located in the 2026 Benefit Guide or its always available within the Whom to Ask Document on the ForStaff portal on district website
*Employees must be covered enrolled in a High Deductible Plan to have an HSA account.( ABC 1, 2 or Balance+)
You will receive an Employer contribution based on level of coverage to your Health Equity account(HSA vendor)
Single: $1,000; spread over the employees pays for the calendar year
Single+1/ Family: $2,000, spread over the employees pays for the calendar year
2026 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) contribution limits
Healthcare FSA limits $3,400
Limited Purpose FSA limits (LPFSA) $3,400
Dependent Care FSA limits (DCFSA) $7,500
55 years or older, you are eligible for an additional $1,000 catch up to above limit
2026 IRS limits for ABC 1 & Balance+ deductible increases
Single: $1,700
Single+1/ Family: $3,400
