Facility Rate Sheet

To reserve space please follow the directions below:

Submitting a Request:

1. salineonline.reg.eleyo.com
2. Click Explore All Programs & then click Facilities
3. Click Calendar to see if your date, time, and location are available.
4. Click Explore All Programs and then click Facilities.
5. Click Request to use a Facility.
6. Click on Your Account (you will need to create an account if you do not have one. Please click Create Account, then click on Create a Personal Facility Account).
7. Click Create a New Facility Request.
8. Follow the prompts.
