Teacher Quality

Students are expected to attend school all day, every day from 7:45 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.  Up to four absences (excused for medical, bereavement, college visit, or court) are permitted each marking period.  Students are required to attend Saturday School from 8:00 a.m. to noon if an absence has not been explained or excused. Chronic truancy (more than 5 absences during a marking period) will result in a student being dropped for the remainder of the marking period.  

Parking Permit

Students who choose to self-transport may apply for a parking permit in the New Saline Alternative Office or at Liberty School’s District Office prior to the start of school. The fee is $25.00; scholarships are available. Students must present a valid driver's license and a vehicle registration form at the time of purchase.
